Access to Majláthova Chata
The Popradské Pleso mountain hotel and Majláthova Chata are located in the Tatra National Park in the 5th highest level of nature protection. Only hotel minibuses are allowed to drive up to the hotel.
Transportation is provided by hotel minibuses for a fee.
Collections can only be done during limited times:
6 - 9 am
4 - 9.30 pm

One-way transfer fees :
Transfer 1 person in a vehicle €30
Transfer of 2 persons in a car €30
Transfer of 3 persons in a car €30
Each additional person in the car +€10/person
Separate luggage export €30
EXTRAORDINARY TRANSFER at night after 21:30
+€50/car to the above fees. This transfer must be booked by 21:30.
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. due to a regulation from the Tatra National Park Administration
(agreement no. 103/2023/TANAP) TRANSFER IS NOT POSSIBLE!
Parking
The mountain hotel Popradské Pleso and Majláthova Chata does not have a parking lot for hotel guests.
Parking is possible at a paid parking lot near the Popradské Pleso train stop. The parking lot is located 4.2 km (45 min.) away from the hotel by foot on an asphalt road.
Parking is also possible at another paid parking lot at Štrbské Pleso. You can quickly get to the hotel from Štrbské Pleso by a hiking trail (green or red trail).
